a.gif (1659 bytes)   The Bible is clear that angels do not bring forth children.   Matthew 22:29-30 says, "29 Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.   30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven."

The Bible is clear that God has set a boundary between the "kinds," and that they cannot interbreed.  1 Corinthians 15:39 says, "39 All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds."  Genesis 1:24-27 says, "24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.  25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.  26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.  27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."

Angels can appear as a body, and do some things that bodies of flesh can do (like eat food — Genesis 19:1-3 says, "1 And there came two angels to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground;  2 And he said, Behold now, my lords, turn in, I pray you, into your servant's house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and ye shall rise up early, and go on your ways. And they said, Nay; but we will abide in the street all night.   3 And he pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened bread, and they did eat."), but angels do not have regular bodies of flesh and bones.   Angels are spirit-beings.  Hebrews 1:7 says, "And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire."  Hebrews 1:13-14 says, "13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?  14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?”  Spirit beings do not have flesh and bones.  Luke 24:38-39 says, “38 And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?  39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.”

If some fallen angels committed immorality with women, it would not have produced any offspring, because it would be crossing over between the "kinds" (making a half-man/half-angel).  Such an intercrossing of kinds  would not just produce a large human (a giant), it would produce a person with supernatural powers (power to appear and disappear, because the person would have no flesh and bones; power to travel all the way to heaven and back in the spiritual realm, etc.).  Besides that fact, many people saw angels in the Bible, and they normally did not mention them as being large in size or "giants."  They appeared as regular-sized men.  Hebrews 13:2 says, "Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares."

Jude 1:6-7 says, “6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.  7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire."  If the sin of these angels was leaving their normal realm and committing immorality with "strange flesh," (that is, if these angels were being immoral with women); then, just like the sin of Sodomy (men with men or women with women) cannot produce any offspring — neither would angels being immoral with women be able to produce any offspring.  God does not allow conception between the “kinds” or between “strange flesh” encounters.
